Sleep is the basis of the visitor experience. This is why it is essential to provide a recent, superior or hotel quality mattress and pillows on the beds.

Providing a work desk with a monitor and an ergonomic chair is key to attracting telecommuting guests.

Guests must have access to a reliable high-speed internet connection with a download speed of at least 50 mbps.

The unit should provide recent, functional and in good condition appliances: Fridge, Oven, Dishwasher, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Filter coffee maker, Nespresso Vertuo capsule machine, Washer and Dryer.

Entrance doors must be equipped with electronic locks or handles of the Schlage brand (or equivalent) with 9V battery or connected to the electricity of the property. This allows guests to have an automated check-in, with no risk of losing keys.

It is important that the accommodation is well soundproofed, whether it is in a multi-unit block, a condominium or located near a noisy street. Noise disturbance can have a big impact on the stay of guests and affect the reputation of the unit.

A neat appearance goes a long way! Walls, ceilings, moldings and doors must be freshly painted or in very good condition with no exposed plaster repairs.

Young families will thank you. By offering baby essentials, they can provide less equipment to bring: high chair, foldable bed (pack & play) and safety barrier if there are stairs will be very much appreciated.
